Licensing and re-use
Asymmetric Intelligence publishes six regulatory-intelligence products on one shared, source-traced record. Our principle is free to discover, value to read, priced to produce, premium to build on. This page sets out what you may do with what we publish, and which uses need a licence.

Our methodology, schemas and vocabulary, our corrections log, provenance-debt ledger and coverage ledger, and our DOI-versioned sample dataset are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0) as each is published. You may share and adapt them, including commercially, provided you credit Asymmetric Intelligence and link to the licence.
The sample dataset is frozen, so it cannot substitute for the live record.
2Quoting what you read
Short extracts may be quoted with attribution and a link. Bulk or structured re-use, AI grounding and redistribution need a Data & Platform licence.
The free decision layer on every jurisdiction is free to read: verdict, posture, one-line decision, coverage state, dated change clock, regulator and key laws. The sources behind a visible claim are always shown.

Every export carries the licensee, rights level, record versions and a link back. Team and licence exports are fingerprinted.
The Explore, Reader, Professional and Team plans are offered on each product's own site, with that site's own terms. Professional covers the products with report tools (Advennt, Payments, Sentinel, Crypto). Data Protection and AI Monitor are offered at Reader level.
4Data & Platform Licence
For organisations that build on our data: banks, platforms, publishers and AI vendors. Structured data feeds and APIs, priced by what you may do with the data.
Band A
Internal systems
Load records and reports into your compliance, risk and onboarding systems, for unlimited internal users. Banks, PSPs, operators, large firms.
Band B
Embedded product
Show derived statuses, reports and a Co-Pilot widget to your own customers, with attribution. Compliance platforms and RegTech.
Band C
Publishing & AI
Republish, white-label, or use as grounding for your own AI products. Legal publishers, information services, AI vendors.
Band C can be a flat annual fee, or a minimum guarantee plus a share of the revenue you earn from products that use our data.
Sold as modules. Every licence includes the Jurisdiction Record Feed and the Change Feed (typed events with webhooks) for one named system. Add: Status Matrix, Claim Lineage & Source Register, Point-in-Time History, Cross-Domain View, Sector Obligation Dataset, Report Generation API, and the AI Grounding Feed / MCP (Band C).
Licence fees are not published on this page yet. Final prices are confirmed with design partners before general release.
5Licence terms
Data & Platform licence terms include attribution, correction windows, an information-not-advice clause and a liability cap.
Corrections. Confirmed errors are withdrawn and the correction is recorded, rather than quietly overwritten.
Information, not advice. Records and reports support your judgement and shorten verification. They are not legal advice.
