1Who publishes this

a-i.gi is published by Asymmetric Intelligence Limited, a company incorporated in Gibraltar with company number 126707, whose registered office is Unit G02, Eurocity, Europort Avenue, GX11 1AA, Gibraltar. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company.

2What this is, and what it is not

a-i.gi is the home page of Asymmetric Intelligence. It describes our public-interest monitors and our commercial intelligence products and links to each of them. It publishes no intelligence of its own. Nothing on it is legal, compliance or investment advice, and we are not authorised or regulated as an adviser in any jurisdiction.

3Who it is offered to

Anyone, anywhere. We do not tailor this site to any particular country.

4Subscriptions and payment

Nothing is sold on a-i.gi and no payment can be taken here. Each commercial product — sentinel.gi, asymmetric-investor.gi, artificial-intelligence.gi, payments.gi and signal.gi — is offered on its own site, and the terms, prices, cancellation and refund rules for a product are the ones published on that product's site.

5Accuracy

We aim to describe the monitors and products accurately, but a description here is a summary. Where it and a product's own site disagree, the product's own site is the one that applies.

6Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change what this site describes.

7Using our content

The content of this site is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, as the footer states: you may share and adapt it, including commercially, provided you credit Asymmetric Intelligence and link to the licence. The names and marks of Asymmetric Intelligence and its products are not licensed. Re-use of the products' records and data is covered on the licensing page.

8Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from anything on this site, or from it being unavailable or inaccurate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9Data and analytics

What we collect is at clause 13. It is one statement rather than two, so that a shorter summary here cannot quietly disagree with it.

10Notices and contact

Written notice to us should be sent to the registered office in clause 1. Commercial enquiries, challenges to a published benchmark result and requests under clause 13 can be emailed to [email protected].

11Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel on a-i.gi, because nothing is sold here. To cancel a subscription to one of our products, use the cancellation terms on that product's own site.

12Refunds

No payment is taken on a-i.gi, so there is nothing to refund here. Refunds for a product follow the refund terms on that product's own site.

13Privacy and data

We would rather list this precisely than write the usual paragraph.

Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It sets cookies only if you accept (see Cookie consent below). We do not use it to identify individuals, and we run no advertising pixels.

Cookie consent. Analytics is off until you say yes. The first time you open a page that uses it, a banner asks whether to allow analytics cookies, with Accept and Reject given equal weight. Until you accept, Google Consent Mode is set to “denied”, so no analytics cookies are set; the Google tag still loads and may send Google a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, with no identifier stored in your browser. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_…). Advertising signals stay denied whichever you choose. Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage under the key fe-consent, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us. The Cookie settings link in the footer of those pages reopens the banner; choosing Reject later removes the analytics cookies already set.

Fonts and hosting. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests in order to serve them.

What you give us. Only what you choose to email us. This site has no forms, no sign-up and no account, and the only thing it stores in your browser is your cookie choice, as above. If you email [email protected], Cloudflare receives the message and forwards it to our mailbox, which Google hosts; we receive your address and what you write, use them to reply, and keep them only as long as the correspondence needs.

Your rights. Depending on where you are, you may have rights to see, correct, export or erase what we hold. Beyond the analytics above and any email you send us, we hold nothing about you from this site; email us or write under clause 10 to exercise any of them.

14Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms. The version and date at the top of this page tell you which set you are reading. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Gibraltar law, and the courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction.
